This policy explains what information Streamline Vacation Rentals (“we”, “us”) collects through sistersvacations.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact or owner inquiry forms we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message or details about your home.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to do this.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and this website doesn’t set its own cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Hospitable and may use its own cookies or storage to run.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to answer you, arrange or support a stay, or talk with you about managing your home. Form messages are delivered to our team’s email inbox. We don’t sell your information.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, the Turnstile spam check, and delivery of form emails.
• Our email provider, where form messages are stored in our inbox.
• Hospitable: our online booking system. When you book or check availability in the booking calendar on a home’s page, the details you enter (such as your dates, name, contact and payment details) go to Hospitable to process the booking.

How long we keep it
